At Sisi Food, we prioritize your satisfaction while ensuring the safety and quality of our products. Due to the perishable nature of food and grocery items, returns are generally not accepted once orders are delivered.
When You Can Report an Issue
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Reports submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Investigation & Resolution
Each reported issue will be carefully investigated by our team before any resolution is determined. Our goal is to handle every case fairly and promptly.
Possible Resolutions
Depending on the outcome of the investigation, resolutions may include:
Replacement of the item(s)
Store credit to use on future purchases
Refund to your original payment method (in rare cases)
Non-Returnable Items
All perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen items, etc.)
Custom orders or special requests
Opened or used items
Shipping Costs
If the issue is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs.
For other reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping if applicable.
